Contract Wine Making
The Historic Dookie Campus Winery operates as a winemaking facility for boutique winemakers.
The total winemaking capacity is 150 tonnes (9000 cases).
As a contract micro winemaking operation, the winery offers contracts to boutique winemakers and commercial labels from 400kgs to 40,000kgs.
All barrels are independently assessed by a qualified winemaking panel at each stage of the process.
