Climate Data
The Commonwealth Bureau of Meteorology weather station 081013 is located at Dookie Campus and had been collecting climate data continuously since 1879, but now collects rain data only for the Bureau. The weather station is however fully operational, and the full range of climate data is recorded and used extensively in teaching, student projects and research. The weather station is situated on the lawn beside the Main Drive below the Conference Centre, at an elevation of 189.0m.
