Learning Management System
The LMS is the University of Melbourne's centrally supported Learning Management System developed through 2005 and being implemented throughout 2006 and 2007.
The LMS is provided to assist students in their studies at the University. Students can use the LMS to share documents within study groups and, if set up by their subject coordinator, to store and organise materials for their own learning, manage drafts of essays, assignments and projects. This learning activity can take place outside the classroom or lecture theatre, as the online resource is available at any time from anywhere.
Subject coordinators use the LMS to manage and publish lecture notes and other learning resources, interactive courseware, assignments, quizzes and other tools to assist student learning.
Outgoing Student Exchange
Strive to deliver world-class student exchange programs by providing outstanding client service, both within and external to the University; a service that is efficient, friendly, responsive to students' needs and which will enhance the overall Melbourne Experience of students.
